Support
There is no ticket queue here and there is not going to be one. There is one address, read by a person, and a short list of things you can settle faster without it.
It is the only support address, and every email Refolk sends replies to it, so answering any of those works just as well as starting a new message.
Email hello@refolk.aiPut these in the first message and the first reply is usually the answer:
Two products share one account system, so the shelf you want depends on which side you are on. Hiring is the search product; applying is the resume and application side.
Searching for people, credits, keys.
What Refolk is, how a search runs, where results come from, and how credits work.
The full version of what happens between one sentence and a ranked shortlist.
What a search costs, what the free tier includes, and what a plan adds.
The balance, the ledger behind it, and how to change or cancel a plan.
Mint a key, see what is live, revoke one that has leaked.
The endpoints, the filter set, the event stream, and the server that puts all of it inside an assistant.
Resumes, matches, applications.
Profile, resumes, matches, answers, and what happens when an application is sent.
The exact boundary: what runs unattended, what asks first, and what stops rather than guesses.
Every draft and every send, with the reason next to anything that stopped.
The bank every form draws from. A question nobody has answered is the usual reason a send waits.
Read-only, and the reason a board that emails you a code can be finished rather than handed back.
The openings themselves, read from company boards rather than an aggregator.
These have a route rather than an answer. All of them go to the same address; what changes is what to put in the message.
Results are built from public records. Mail hello@refolk.ai with the profile as it appears, or the link you found it at, and it is actioned within 30 days where the law requires. The privacy policy is the longer version.
Mail hello@refolk.ai from the address on the account. The account goes and so does what is held under it: searches, conversations, resumes, applications.
Same address, same rule about which address it comes from. Resumes and every tailored version are already downloadable as Markdown from the resume screen without asking anybody.
Boards are swept every few hours, and a posting the employer has taken down goes with the next sweep that reaches their board in full. If one is still up a day later, send the link and it gets retired by hand.
Mail hello@refolk.ai with Security in the subject line, and please do not post the details anywhere public until there has been a reply.
Common questions
Mail hello@refolk.ai. It is the only support address, it is the same one every email from Refolk replies to, and it is read by a person rather than a bot. There is no phone line and no live chat.
Usually the same working day, and at worst the next one. A request that has to be actioned rather than answered - account deletion, removal from results - is confirmed when it is done, not when it is queued.
100 credits, flat, whether the answer takes one pass or six sources, and nothing at all when it finds nobody: a run that produced no people, companies, or repositories is refunded in full. New accounts start with 500 credits and the balance is topped back up to 250 on the 1st of every month.
No. The free tier is a real tier rather than a trial, with no clock on it and no feature held back. A card is only needed if you pick a paid plan or buy a top-up.
Yes, and not as a trial. Reading your resume, researching you, writing a resume, tailoring one to a posting and scoring the fit cost nothing. The only limit anywhere is on sending: 25 applications in any rolling 7 days. Marking a row sent yourself does not use one up.
Because it stopped rather than guessed. The usual reasons are a form question nobody has answered yet, a board that wants an account created before it will take anything, a login wall or a CAPTCHA, or a code the employer emailed you before they will accept the form. The applications screen names which one, and nothing is ever sent to the same job twice.
A location filter is approximate at the source, so profiles whose own city, state or country contradicts what you asked for are dropped before you see them. If one still gets through, send the sentence you typed and it gets looked at.
Keys are minted on the API screen once you are signed in, and Refolk never accepts a session cookie in place of one. The endpoints, the filter set and the MCP server are documented under /developers.
Probably. Every server error and every screen that throws mails the same inbox automatically, with the stack behind it, so a broken page is usually known before anybody writes in. Write in anyway if it is blocking you: the time and the URL is what turns a report into a fix.
Yes. Mail hello@refolk.ai with what you are running and how much of it, and something that fits gets priced. Centralized billing for a team is the same conversation.
Still stuck? hello@refolk.ai is the whole support surface, and a message that says nothing more than what you were trying to do is still worth sending.
