For recruiting agencies
Candidates who already said yes.
Your whole fee stays yours.
Post a client role for $299 and I match it against a screened pool of candidates from elite schools and the best startups. You get warm, double opt-in intros, and you keep every dollar of the placement.
- No split on your fee
- No commission
- No seat licence
- Hidden from the client they work at
How it works
From a client brief to a warm intro.
- 1
Post the client role
Paste the brief, set the level and the location, and pay $299 once for that role.
- 2
Shortlist without the cold outreach
I match the role against the pool and show you up to 15 anonymous profiles: level, years, skills, region and background, so you can screen before anyone is contacted.
- 3
Present people who want the job
Ask for intros. Each candidate sees the role and accepts or declines, and the ones who accept are introduced to you by email.
The pool
People you would not reach on a cold message.
Members are early in their careers and mostly employed, which is why the pool keeps them private and why an intro from it gets answered.
Who is in it
Engineers, product people and operators two to three years in, from elite schools and the best startups.
- Every member is screened on where they studied and where they have worked before anyone can be matched to them.
- About two to three years in, across engineering, product and operations.
- Matched on the experience the client role asks for.
Safe to place
The privacy rules protect your client relationships as much as they protect members.
- A member is never shown on a role at the company they work for, so you will not be offered your client's own staff.
- Hidden from every past employer and every school they attended too.
- Names stay hidden until the candidate accepts your intro.

What sourcing usually costs an agency
- Split placement
- A share of your fee
- Sharing a candidate with another recruiter usually means sharing the fee, which on a fee of 20 to 25 percent of first-year salary is real money.
- Sourcing tool seat licences
- Per recruiter, per year
- Paid whether or not a role fills, and the outreach is still cold.
- Refolk talent pool
- $299
- Once, per client role. Warm intros, and the placement fee is all yours.
Fee figures are typical ranges, not quotes from any one firm or tool.

Questions
What agencies ask first.
What does it cost an agency?
$299 per client role, paid once. Keep your whole placement fee: no split, no commission, no seat licence. If I find nobody, you get it back. One client role is one $299 charge, however many candidates you place from it.
What if nobody in the pool fits my role?
If I match your role and find nobody worth an intro, the charge is refunded in full, automatically. Before you pay, the role page also shows how many members it can be shown to, and a role nobody can be shown is not charged at all.
Do you take a cut of my placement fee?
No. There is no split, no commission and no referral fee on the placement. Whatever you charge your client, 20 percent or 25 or a retainer, all of it stays yours. $299 per role is the whole bill.
Is there a seat licence or a subscription?
Neither. Nothing is billed per recruiter, per month or per year. You pay when you post a client role and at no other time.
Who is in the pool?
Engineers, product people and operators two to three years in, from elite schools and the best startups. Every member is screened on where they studied and where they have worked before anyone can be matched to them.
Will a candidate who works at my client be shown on that client's role?
No. Members are hidden from their current employer, every past employer and every school they attended, so somebody working at your client never appears in that client's matches.
How do intros work for an agency?
You see each matched candidate's experience without their name, and ask for the intros you want. A company asks for an intro, you see the role, and only if you accept do they learn who you are. Then I introduce you both by email. From there the relationship is yours to run, as it would be with anyone you sourced.
How many candidates does a client role get?
Up to 15 matched candidates per role, and as many intro requests from that list as you want at no extra cost.
Can I post roles for several clients?
Yes. Each client role is posted and paid for separately at $299, so the cost of a search sits with the search it belongs to.
