How it works

From a job title to a working pipeline in under a minute.

  1. 01

Type the role. I pick the stages from the title, and you can change any of them.

  2. 02

Fill it: the people a search found, LinkedIn profiles, or anyone you type in.

  3. 03

Move them along by dragging, or by saying so. Every move lands on their timeline.

Three ways in

Drag it, say it, or clip it from LinkedIn.

Onsite

On the board

A column per stage, a card per person. Drag somebody along, open them for notes, a rating and their history. Nothing to configure first.

In a sentence

Tell the board what to do, or ask it who has waited longest. The same commands work from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through MCP, and from your own code through the API.

Add to pipeline

From LinkedIn

Refolk Sourcer puts a button on every profile: pick the role and the stage, and they are on the board. It signs in with your Refolk account and never sees your password.

Ready-made pipelines

Stages for the role you are hiring, pre-filled.

Every new role starts from one of these. Rename a column, add a take-home, drop the onsite: it is your board the moment it opens.

Questions

Before you open a role.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The pipeline comes with every Refolk account, with no seat price and no limit on roles or candidates. Searches for people are what use credits.

How long does setup take?

As long as typing a job title. I pick the stages from the title (engineering roles get a technical round and an onsite, sales roles a role play), and every one of them can be renamed, reordered or removed later.

Where do candidates come from?

Anywhere. Add the people a Refolk search found, paste a pile of LinkedIn links, add someone by hand, clip a profile from LinkedIn with the extension, or post them from your own code. The same person added twice stays one card.

Can my AI assistant use it?

Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client and it can open roles, add people, move them between stages and leave notes. Every change it makes is marked on the candidate's timeline.

I already use another ATS. Can I bring my candidates?

Yes. Export a CSV from Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever and import it onto a role as it is: names, emails, LinkedIn links and stages are read from their own column names, and nobody is added twice. Or paste a pile of LinkedIn links, or post them through the API.

Can it email candidates when they move?

Yes, from your own connected mailbox. Every rejected stage comes with a rejection note ready, and any stage can carry an email. By default the board offers it, filled in, after a move; switch a stage to automatic and it goes out on every move into it, once per person.

Is this a replacement for a full enterprise ATS?

Not on purpose. There are no approval chains, scorecard builders or interview plans. If your team needs those, this is not it. If you need to see every candidate for every role and move them along, it is.

Placing for clients? The pipeline for agencies. Need people to put in it? Search in plain English or hire from the talent pool.
