How it works
From a client brief to a shortlist they can see.
- 01
Open the client's role. The agency stages are already there.
- 02
Clip people from LinkedIn, or run a search and add the shortlist in one go.
- 03
Move them to Submitted, then Placed. Each step is on their timeline.

Drag it, say it, or clip it from LinkedIn.

On the board
A column per stage, a card per person. Drag somebody along, open them for notes, a rating and their history. Nothing to configure first.

In a sentence
Tell the board what to do, or ask it who has waited longest. The same commands work from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through MCP, and from your own code through the API.
From LinkedIn
Refolk Sourcer puts a button on every profile: pick the role and the stage, and they are on the board. It tells you when somebody is already on another client's board.
Built for placing
The agency pipeline, and the rest if a client hires differently.

Questions
For agencies.
How do I keep clients apart?
Each client role is its own board, named with the client, so the overview reads as a list of searches you are running. The same candidate can sit on two clients' boards at different stages.
What stages does an agency board start with?
Sourced, Contacted, Interested, Submitted to client, Client interview, Offer, Placed, and Rejected. Rename any of them to match how you work.
Does it cost anything?
No. The pipeline is free with a Refolk account, however many clients and candidates you run through it. Searching for people uses credits; tracking them does not.
Can I bring candidates from my current tracker?
Yes. Import a CSV export from Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever onto a client role, stages and all, and nobody already there is added twice.
Can I see where a LinkedIn profile already is before I add them?
Yes. The extension shows which of your client roles a profile is already on, and at what stage, before you add them anywhere.
