The part that is not automated

Every application is taken to the point where it is ready to send: a resume rewritten for that posting, a cover letter that could only have been written for that company, and a fit score. Sending it is then your call, and there are three answers. Press send yourself. Press the button on one application and I fill in that employer's form for you. Or switch on the daily run and I do it unattended, on a limit you set. Two of the boards will only take a form that was filled in on your own machine, so there the filling happens in your browser through a small extension you add once, and the submit button is yours to press. Some employers hold an application back until a code they have just emailed you is typed into the form; where you have connected your mailbox I read that one code out of it and finish, and where you have not the application waits for you with everything else already filled in. What I will not do is invent an answer to a question you have never answered, work around a login wall or a CAPTCHA, or send the same application twice: each of those stops the send and hands you the posting instead.
