Applying at volume in São Paulo

What gets automated
You paste the jobs; each one comes back with its own resume, cover letter, and fit score. Every application is taken to the point where it is ready to send: a resume rewritten for that posting, a cover letter that could only have been written for that company, and a fit score. You press submit. Filling in other companies' application forms on your behalf is not something I do.

A realistic volume for this market
Twenty to fifty applications over a search is the usual range that produces offers. The constraint has never been finding postings; it is that tailoring each one by hand takes an hour, so most people apply to five properly or forty badly.
- Queue in batches of ten to fifteen so you can keep reading what you send.
- Re-run the queue weekly rather than emptying the market in one night.
- Track responses. A response rate under 5% usually means the targeting is wrong, not the resume.
