Fair questions
- Will it invent things I did not do?
- No. The prompt is explicit that every company, title, date, number, and technology has to come from what you provided, and missing details get left out rather than guessed at. If a bullet looks wrong, it came out of your source text, and you can edit it.
- What does tailoring actually change?
- The order of your bullets, which skills lead, and the summary. It reweights what is already true. If a posting asks for something you have never done, that shows up as a gap in the fit notes, not as a new line on your resume.
- Does it apply to jobs for me?
- It gets every application to the point where it is ready to send: tailored resume, cover letter, and fit score. You press submit. Auto-submitting into other companies' systems is not something I do on your behalf.
- What is the fit score?
- A 0 to 100 read on how well your history matches one specific posting, plus a short note on the strongest overlap and the clearest gap. It is deliberately blunt. A score under 40 usually means your time is better spent elsewhere.
- Is my resume shared with anyone?
- No. Your profile, resumes, and applications are yours. Nothing you write here is shown to the recruiters who use the other side of the product.
