Talent pool
Stop applying.
Let the right companies ask.
Join once, free. When a company has a role that fits your experience, they ask for an intro, you see the role, and you decide. Until you say yes, they never learn your name.
- Free, always
- Hidden from your employer
- Hidden from past employers and schools
- Nothing shared until you accept
How it works
Three steps, and two of them are a company's.
- 1
Join once
Tell me where you studied, where you have worked and what you want next. That is the whole application, and you only make it once.
- 2
Companies ask for you
Roles are matched against your experience. A company that likes what it sees asks for an intro, without knowing who you are.
- 3
Say yes to the ones you want
You see the role and the company first. Accept and I introduce you both by email. Decline and they never find out who you were.
Privacy
Built for people who already have a job.
The pool only works if you can be in it without anyone at work finding out, so that is the first rule rather than a setting.
Who you are hidden from
Your profile is hidden from your current employer, every past employer and every school you attended. Companies see your experience, not your name, until you say yes to an intro.
- Your current employer never sees you, on any role.
- Every past employer is hidden from you too, so no former manager stumbles on your profile.
- Every school you attended is hidden, which covers universities that recruit.
Who the pool is for
Engineers, product people and operators two to three years in, from elite schools and the best startups.
- Every member is screened on where they studied and where they have worked before anyone can be matched to them.
- Companies see your experience, not your name, until you accept.
- Every intro is double opt-in, so you only ever talk to companies you chose.
Rather keep applying?
Auto apply finds the jobs, writes a resume and cover letter for each, and fills in the form for you.
Questions
Before you join.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining the pool is free, and so is every intro. Companies pay to post a role; members never pay for anything.
Will my current employer see that I am in the pool?
Your profile is hidden from your current employer, every past employer and every school you attended. Companies see your experience, not your name, until you say yes to an intro.
What does a company see before I accept?
A short anonymous profile: your level, years of experience, skills, the region you are in, and how strong your school and startup background is. Not your name, not the names of your employers or schools, and no contact details.
How does an intro work?
A company asks for an intro, you see the role, and only if you accept do they learn who you are. Then I introduce you both by email.
Who is the pool for?
Engineers, product people and operators two to three years in, from elite schools and the best startups. Every member is screened on where they studied and where they have worked before anyone can be matched to them.
Do I have to say yes to every intro?
No. Every intro is a request, and declining one tells the company nothing about who you are. You only talk to the companies you choose.
Can I leave the pool?
Yes, at any time from the same screen you joined from. Once you leave, companies stop being matched to you.
Is this the same as auto apply?
No. Auto apply sends applications out on your behalf. The pool works the other way round: companies come to you, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you accept an intro.
Your next job can come to you.
Join the pool for free. Your employer will not see you, and nobody learns your name until you say yes.
