What is Refolk for job seekers?

Refolk is the other half of a hiring product, pointed at the person doing the applying. You tell me about your career once. I write the resume, rewrite it for every job you queue up, draft the cover letter, and tell you honestly which postings are worth your time.

What I do

  • Read your history. An old resume, a set of public links, or a rough list of what you have done. It comes back as a structured profile you can edit.
  • Write the resume. Outcome-first bullets, plain structure that applicant tracking systems parse instead of mangling.
  • Tailor per posting. Every job you queue gets its own version of your resume, its own cover letter, and a fit score.
  • Surface openings. A ranked feed of live postings from 157 company boards, matched against your profile.
  • Keep the pipeline. Queued, ready, submitted, interviewing, offer, in one place.

What I do not do

  • I do not press submit. Applications are taken to the point of being ready to send. Filing them into other companies’ systems on your behalf is not something I do. See How applying works.
  • I do not invent experience. Every company, title, date, number, and technology has to come from what you gave me. Missing details are left out rather than guessed at.
  • I do not show your resume to recruiters. The hiring side of Refolk never reads it. See Privacy and your data.

Who it’s for

  • Anyone applying at volume, where the bottleneck is rewriting the same resume forty times.
  • People changing role or industry, where the same history has to make a different argument each time.
  • People who have been out of the market a while and do not want to start from a blank template.

The basics

  • Sign in with Google, GitHub, or email. No card required.
  • 500 free credits on sign-up, which covers a real run of applications. See Credits and pricing.
  • Hiring instead of applying? That product is documented at /docs.
