En Cabify estamos buscando un Growth Analyst (también pueden aplicar perfiles de Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Commercial Analyst o Product Growth Analyst) para ayudarnos a construir una movilidad más sostenible e inteligente.

¿Qué harás?

📊 Analizar el comportamiento de usuarios y conductores para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
📈 Crear dashboards y reportes que impulsen la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
🚀 Medir el impacto de iniciativas de adquisición y retención.
💡 Proponer experimentos e ideas que mejoren la experiencia de nuestros usuarios.

Buscamos personas que:

✅ Tengan entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos o áreas afines o sean practicantes próximos a graduarse con una fuerte orientación analítica.
✅ Manejen Excel y herramientas de visualización como Power BI o Tableau.
✅ Disfruten resolver problemas con datos y convertirlos en acciones.
🤖 Idealmente, que tengan conocimientos o interés en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot u otras) para potenciar el análisis, automatizar procesos y generar soluciones innovadoras.
