About this role

El equipo de depósito es clave para asegurar que cada envío se reciba, prepare y despache en tiempo y forma, bajo los más altos estándares de calidad y servicio.

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

Este rol tiene un fuerte foco operativo dentro del depósito, acompañando la mercadería desde que llega hasta que sale despachada y cuidando la exactitud de cada registro.

  • Recibir y descargar la mercadería.
  • Verificar la documentación asociada para asegurar la integridad de los registros.
  • Realizar la carga de datos (data entry) en los sistemas.
  • Embalar, acondicionar, empaquetar y etiquetar los envíos.
  • Auditar la mercadería.
  • Despachar la mercadería.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos una persona con perfil operativo, resolutivo y con orientación al servicio, cómoda trabajando en contextos dinámicos y de alta demanda.

  • Secundario completo.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en depósitos, despacho y/o logística en general.
  • Mirada analítica, con capacidad para interpretar datos, identificar patrones y proponer mejoras.
  • Conocimiento en devoluciones: manejo de procesos de devoluciones y reembolsos de productos.
  • Buena comunicación interpersonal, para trabajar de manera eficiente con el equipo y gestionar situaciones dentro del entorno laboral.
  • Perfil resolutivo, con capacidad para encontrar soluciones rápidas y efectivas frente a desafíos operativos.
