We are looking for a Director or VP of Communications to help lead Replit’s next chapter of storytelling, reputation building, and market awareness. This is a senior communications role for a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader who can help build and scale the communications function as Replit grows from a beloved developer platform into a defining company in AI, software creation, and enterprise transformation. This person will help own Replit’s external and internal communications strategy, including company narrative, media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, internal communications, crisis communications, customer storytelling, policy-related communications, and global awareness. The role requires someone who can push through the noise and make the Replit story heard and for it to be a part of the narrative at all times. The Director / VP of Communications will help develop a compelling narrative that evolves with the company, the product, and the market, and deliver that narrative to the audiences across media, policymakers, partners, customers, potential ones and employees.The role will also support Replit’s international awareness, with a focus on key markets in Europe and Asia.
