We’re looking for a Manager, Art & Design Direction to lead the visual expression of our brand across content, campaigns, and digital experiences. This is a player-coach role for someone with exceptional taste, a strong design point of view, and the ability to execute at a high level while managing and mentoring a small team. ABOUT THE ROLE As Manager, Art & Design Direction, you will sit at the intersection of brand and content, shaping how Poshmark shows up visually across every touchpoint - from social and editorial to campaigns and brand moments. You’ll partner closely with the Fashion & Creative Director to translate strategic vision into compelling visual execution, while setting the day-to-day creative standard for your team. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly from concept to execution - equally comfortable building a campaign mood board as they are working in Figma or AI-assisted design tools to bring ideas to life. Will be responsible managing all creative projects for the Revenue team. WHAT YOU’LL DO CREATIVE DIRECTION & VISUAL EXECUTION - Own the visual direction for brand and creative content initiatives, from concept through final delivery - Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across all channels - social, campaigns, editorial, digital, and marketing collateral - Concept and produce high-quality visual assets that reflect Poshm
