About this role

About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

As Senior Manager, Regional Workplace Americas, you will own the day-to-day workplace experience across Legora’s offices and help ensure our spaces enable focused, effective work. You will run core workplace operations, manage vendors and budgets, and drive continuous improvements to how we use and maintain our offices.

  • Manage key vendors and service partners, including contracts, SLAs, renewals, and ongoing performance

  • Own the workplace budget, forecasting, purchase requests, and cost tracking, and identify smart ways to improve value

  • Lead workplace programs that improve the employee experience, including onboarding to the office, ways of working in space, and office rituals

  • Oversee health, safety, and security practices in the workplace, in partnership with internal teams and external providers

  • Partner with Build and Design teams on new office build-outs and space expansions

  • Run office moves and space changes as needed, including coordinating logistics and keeping disruption low

  • Create playbooks, processes, and documentation so workplace operations are consistent and easy to scale

What You Bring

  • You have 8+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, office management, or operations roles

  • You have managed vendors and budgets, and can hold partners accountable to clear expectations

  • You are structured and reliable, and you enjoy building systems that keep things running smoothly

  • You communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, including when trade-offs or decisions are needed

  • You are comfortable being hands-on and responding quickly when issues come up

  • You care about employee experience and can translate feedback into practical improvements
