  • 연간, 반기/분기별 세일즈 계획 을 수립하고 및 체계를 구축해요.
  • 토스의 B2B 고객을 분석하여, 데이터를 기반으로 한 인사이트를 제공하고 세일즈 전략을 수립해요.
  • CRM 및 세일즈 운영 자동화를 위한 시스템을 기획하고 운영 방안을 정의해요.
  • 세일즈 팀의 성과를 정확하게 측정하고, 생산성을 높이기 위한 전략들을 기획하고 실행해요.

이런 분과 함께하고 싶어요.

  • 영업/영업 실행 전략 (GTM Strategy) 기획, 운영 및 재무 조직에서 5년 이상의 업무 경험을 가지신 분이 필요해요.
  • 세일즈 전략 기획/운영 과정에서 발생하는 다양한 문제를 정의하고, 유연한 사고로 풀어나갈 수 있는 역량이 필요해요.
  • B2B 영업 환경에서의 Sales Operation, 영업 기획, Direct/Indirect 영업 경험이 있으시면 더 좋아요.
  • 글로벌 B2B 제품 (클라우드, SaaS, 비지니스 및 재무 솔루션) 회사 근무 경험 혹은 컨설팅 경력이 있으시면 더 좋아요.
