  • 결산 및 재무보고
    • 별도 재무제표 기준 월·분기·연 결산을 수행해요.
    • 담당 계정(매출, 원가, 판관비, 주요 자산·부채 등)의 전표를 기표하고 검토해요.
    • 임직원의 법인카드 사용 내역을 검토하고, 계정과목·금액·비용/자산 구분이 적정하게 처리되었는지 확인해 기한 내 마감해요
    • 계정 잔액을 보조원장 및 외부 증빙과 대사하고, 차이가 생기면 원인을 파악해 정리해요.
    • 재무제표와 주석의 담당 항목을 작성하고, 계정별 증감을 분석해요.
  • 회계 처리 검토
    • 담당 영역에서 발생하는 거래를 K-IFRS 기준으로 검토하고, 회계 처리 방안을 마련해요.
    • 판단이 필요한 이슈는 근거를 정리해 팀과 논의하고 결론을 도출해요.
    • 정산, 세무, 사업부서 등 유관부서와 협업하며 거래 내용을 파악하고, 회계 관점의 의견을 주고받아요.
    • 감사 및 내부통제 대응
      • 외부감사(중간·기말) 시 담당 계정의 감사 요청 자료를 준비하고 대응해요.
      • 규제기관 검사 및 보고 자료를 작성해요.
      • 내부회계관리제도에 따라 담당 프로세스의 통제 활동을 수행하고 증빙을 관리해요.
      • 프로세스 개선
        • 결산 과정에서 반복되거나 비효율적인 업무를 찾아 개선안을 제안해요.
        • 개선안이 정해지면 자동화까지 직접 실행해요.
