- Lead distributor relationships, including account planning, performance management, and coordination of logistics, inventory flow, and go-to-market execution across the retail channel
- Assist with inventory allocation decisions across retailers and distributors, balancing demand signals, sell-through velocity, and supply constraints to optimize product availability and minimize stockouts or excess

- Lead store expansion and optimization efforts, identifying high-potential retail locations and partners, supporting new door openings, and driving in-store merchandising and activation
- Lead efforts focused on Starlink service activations of new kits sold through retail, partnering with operations, customer support, and retail partners to maximize activation rates and customer success
- Partner closely with product, marketing, engineering, finance, supply chain, and legal to ensure clear ownership, timely execution, and clean handoffs from opportunity through launch
- Report on progress of retail channel initiatives, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations directly to Starlink leadership
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes, tools, and operating rhythms to increase throughput, clarity, and accountability across the retail channel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

About SpaceX
SpaceX designs, manufactures and launches the world’s most advanced rockets and spacecraft. The company was founded in 2002 by Elon Musk to revolutionize space transportation, with the ultimate goal of making life multiplanetary. SpaceX has gained worldwide attention for a series of historic milestones. It is the only private company ever to return a spacecraft from low-Earth orbit, which it first accomplished in December 2010. The company made history again in May 2012 when its Dragon spacecraft attached to the International Space Station, exchanged cargo payloads, and returned safely to Earth - a technically challenging feat previously accomplished only by governments. Since then Dragon has delivered cargo to and from the space station multiple times, providing regular cargo resupply missions for NASA. For more information, visit www.spacex.com.
