This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer education, enjoys connecting with people, and loves finding creative ways to make learning engaging and impactful. We're looking for someone with a bias to action who is curious, customer-focused, results-oriented, and excited to take ownership of programs that directly influence the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and continuously improve Skai University, our customer learning platform, including the development and maintenance of courses, role-based learning paths, certifications, and self-service educational resources.

  • Build programs that recognize customer expertise, encourage knowledge sharing, and develop customer champions who can advocate for Skai and drive adoption within their organizations.
  • Experiment with new learning formats, AI-powered tools, and creative engagement strategies to make customer education more personalized, accessible, and scalable.
  • Bring recommendations, identify opportunities to improve the customer learning experience, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
  • Track program participation, course completions, certification attainment, customer feedback, and engagement trends. Use data and customer insights to continuously improve enablement programs and measure their impact on adoption and proficiency.
