About this role

Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played video game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.

We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.

  • Step directly into projects where additional leadership, expertise, or bandwidth support is required.

Corporate Real Estate (CRE) & Portfolio Management

  • Support regional leadership and Workplace Experience Partners by providing analysis, recommendations, and project support related to APAC real estate strategy and portfolio initiatives.

  • Develop portfolio reporting, business cases, project summaries, and executive presentations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Regional Program Development & Governance

  • Partner with global COEs and regional stakeholders to develop, socialize, and improve frameworks, standards, playbooks, and governance models that can be adopted across APAC.
  • Support WE Partners in understanding and implementing regional and global workplace standards while accounting for local market needs.
  • Partner with global COEs to ensure APAC perspectives and business needs are represented early in program development.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, opportunities, and best practices across markets.
  • Synthesize regional priorities, roadmaps, and program performance metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Workplace Operations & Capability Building

  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to Workplace Experience Partners across APAC.
  • Coach and support WE Partners in areas including real estate, workplace operations, vendor management, workplace programs, and project delivery.
  • Provide consultation and thought partnership on complex operational challenges and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide consultation, tools, and program support to WE Partners implementing workplace programs within their markets.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and operational excellence across the regional WE community.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Workplace Experience, Security, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and business leadership.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to align workplace initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Support regional programs related to Safety & Security, Sustainability, Food Programs, Events, and Integrated Facilities Management where additional program management expertise is needed.

  • Strong understanding of corporate real estate principles, workplace strategy, lease administration, project delivery, and vendor management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience using data, reporting, and emerging technologies to identify trends, surface opportunities, and support more informed planning, prioritization, and decision-making.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to operate independently while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience working across diverse APAC markets and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within technology, gaming, entertainment, or other fast-paced multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of workplace transformation, hybrid work strategies, sustainability initiatives, or integrated facilities management.
  • Professional certifications in project management, facilities management, real estate, or related disciplines.
