About this role

Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played PC game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.

We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.

That's where you come in.

Game Producers help teams turn player value into clear plans, aligned execution, and sustainable delivery. They create the conditions for cross-functional teams to do their best work by shaping plans, managing risk, driving clarity, and building the production systems that improve quality, predictability, and focus.

As a Game Producer II (Contract) on the League of Legends team in Singapore, you will drive player-facing development efforts across planning, execution, and cross-team coordination for League Cosmetics. You'll help teams navigate dependencies, improve delivery visibility, and establish the operating rhythms that enable sustainable, high-quality execution.

In this role, you'll help deliver player-facing skins and cosmetic content for League of Legends while partnering across Riot's Singapore studio, Los Angeles teams and external development partners to bring high-quality player experiences to millions of players around the world.

This is a fixed term contract position based in Singapore. You will report to the Senior Manager, Game Production.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive production planning, schedules, and delivery tracking across Singapore-based development efforts for League Cosmetics.
  • Coordinate work across Riot teams in Singapore and Los Angeles, as well as external development partners, ensuring priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments remain aligned.
  • Contribute to improving production workflows, tools, and operating cadences that increase delivery visibility, predictability, and execution quality.
  • Partner with discipline leads, Product, QA, and other cross-functional collaborators to align scope, milestones, quality targets, and release readiness.
  • Identify delivery risks early, facilitate mitigation plans, and help teams adapt as priorities, scope, or constraints evolve.
  • Support external partner operations, including work intake, onboarding coordination, deliverable tracking, performance reporting, and day-to-day communication across distributed development teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related delivery-focused role.
  • Experience driving cross-functional delivery from planning through execution for player-facing content, features, or live-service development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams working toward shared outcomes.
  • Experience using production planning and project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
  • Experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments, translating goals into actionable plans and driving execution with limited oversight.
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or outsourced development models in distributed production environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting cosmetic content pipelines, skin development, or other high-volume player-facing content.
  • Familiarity with League of Legends, live-service production, or globally distributed game development teams.
  • Experience improving production reporting, team workflows, or scalable collaboration models across internal and external partners.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus to support communication and coordination with APAC-based external development partners
