You'll collaborate across technical, commercial, and executive teams, with exposure to nearly every part of the company as it grows. This is a remote role with real growth potential.

Engage Customers - Represent Plenful in customer-facing meetings to gather feedback, understand client-specific needs, and assist with custom configuration. Guide timelines, hold customers accountable to follow-up tasks, and keep raising the bar on customer experience.
Support Customers - Provide omnichannel support and help build documentation on best practices for the Plenful platform.
Collaborate with Account Management and Sales - Work with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define operational requirements for use case templates and modules that match client needs and market demand. Partner with Account Management and Sales to spot and lead implementations for contract expansions.
Engineering and Product - Work with Engineering and Product Solutions to communicate new feature needs and product requirements. Close the feedback loop between customers and product with business context, customer feedback, and input on design.
