About the role
We are seeking a Senior Researcher to influence strategic product and experience decisions through insightful research.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and design decisions.

• Proactively identify research opportunities autonomously based on product strategy and business goals, ensuring insights align with key company priorities.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams/peers - Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts (BAs) - to influence product strategy, business decisions, and design directions, as well as define the Research Roadmap.

• Facilitate workshops to identify issues and guide stakeholders towards solutions.

• Present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable feedback to enhance collaboration.

• Foster a collaborative environment, integrating diverse functions into decision-making and participating in interdisciplinary initiatives.

We are looking for professionals who

• Have experience utilizing diverse data sources and articulating results effectively.

• Have the capability to deliver actionable insights through hypothesis-driven research.

• Have proven experience managing complex projects with varying levels of ambiguity.
