About this role

Meter is growing quickly, with continued investment in hiring and expansion into new regions. As the company scales, Sales Enablement is focused on building repeatable, well-run onboarding and enablement programs that help new hires ramp efficiently and consistently.

This role is focused on 60% onboarding execution and 40% enablement operations. You will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for new sales hires, helping ensure it remains scalable, consistent, and impactful as Meter grows across segments and regions.

You’ll work as part of the Sales Enablement team and with cross-functional partners across Sales, Channel, Product, Operations, and Engineering to turn enablement strategy into scalable, reliable execution.

What success looks like

In your first 6 months, you will:

  • Own HQ Sales onboarding end-to-end, from planning through follow-up

  • Operate onboarding as a repeatable, scalable program

  • Coordinate and prep speakers across Sales, Product, Operations, and Sales Engineering

  • Coach new hires through pitch certifications with clear, standards-aligned feedback

  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for onboarding and enablement materials

  • Ensure enablement content is current, organized, and easy to access in the CMS

  • Track onboarding completion, readiness milestones, and certifications

  • Share lightweight reporting on onboarding progress and program health

  • Identify and improve gaps in onboarding execution and operations

What your day-to-day looks like

In a typical week, you will:

  • Plan and run onsite HQ onboarding sessions

  • Manage onboarding and enablement content, including organization and versioning

  • Maintain onboarding calendars, materials, recordings, and documentation

  • Coordinate schedules and prep for executives and subject-matter experts

  • Track attendance, readiness, and certification outcomes across cohorts

  • Observe and coach pitch certifications during onboarding

  • Provide regular readouts on onboarding progress and operational health

  • Support the build and administration of the CMS on a daily basis

  • Support distributed or global onboarding using live and async formats

  • Iterate on onboarding programs based on feedback and execution insights

  • Partner with Enablement leadership to translate standards into execution

Who you are

  • You have experience running enablement, onboarding, or similar cross-functional programs at a high-growth company

  • You are execution-focused, highly organized, and comfortable owning programs end-to-end

  • You can turn ambiguity into clear plans and repeatable processes

  • You’ve worked with senior stakeholders and know how to keep things moving without heavy oversight

  • You care deeply about quality, consistency, and the new hire experience

  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams is a plus

Why Meter?

The internet runs the world. Every purchase you make, video call you join, it's all packets flowing through networks. But those networks haven’t changed for decades. They’re brittle, complex, and surprisingly hard to set up in an enterprise space.

We started Meter to build better networks. We had to build everything from the ground-up: designing and building our own enterprise hardware, intuitive software, and streamlined operations to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Today, we build and deploy these networks at scale. Ambitious companies and enduring institutions like Bridgewater, Lyft, Reddit, rely on Meter to keep their thousands of employees and locations online and productive.

Our bet with Meter is simple: we will all use the internet more than we do today. We believe we have the definitive networking stack in place to enable business to do so as seamlessly and reliably as any modern utility.

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000.

  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
