Your work keeps Manychat's money visible, safe, and under control.

As our Treasury Analyst in Barcelona, you'll own the recurring Treasury work: daily cash, forecasts, reporting, investments, FX, and bank accounts. You'll build a clean Treasury database and strong controls. You'll also dig into payment data to show what we pay our payment providers, and why.

Meet the Treasury team:

We're a team of two, and you'd be our third. We run Manychat's Treasury and build the Finance systems around it: banking, investments, FX, payments, and AI-powered automation. This is a hands-on mid-level role combining cash and liquidity management, banking operations, reporting and financial controls. You will independently manage recurring Treasury processes, ensure the quality of financial data and help improve the way our Treasury operations are organized and supported by systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across entities, accounts and currencies.

• Prepare short-term cash-flow forecasts and analyze key variances.

• Support cash placements, maturity management and investment performance tracking.

• Monitor FX exposures and support currency conversions.

• Manage operational relationships with banks, including account administration, KYC, access rights and banking documentation.

• Manage banking transactions and supporting documentation in line with approval and segregation-of-duties requirements.

• Produce regular Treasury reporting and maintain accurate, complete and auditable Treasury data.

• Investigate discrepancies and support internal and external audit requests.

• Maintain and improve Treasury controls, procedures and operational documentation.

• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to systems implementation, automation and data-quality improvements.

• Support testing and adoption of automated Treasury processes.

• Participate in other Treasury and cross-functional projects.

• Support selected payment and monetization analysis, including payment-cost analysis.

• Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and other internal teams.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Treasury, payments, or finance operations.

• Fluent English.

• Hands-on knowledge of cash management, banking, investments, and FX.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

• A solid understanding of financial controls and segregation of duties.

• The ability to run recurring processes on your own and follow up across teams.

• An eye for detail and a habit of making processes better.

It would be great if you have:

• SQL or BI experience.

• Experience with ERP or TMS systems, banking platforms, workflow tools, or payment providers.
