About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, in NYC. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating an organized, efficient, and customer-ready store environment and understands the important role operational excellence plays in overall business performance.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the boutique, with a primary focus on inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

As part of the Leap platform, you may also have opportunities to support other locations through new store openings, inventory initiatives, events, and market coverage needs.

Hourly Pay Range: $19/hr - $21/hr. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
