Hourly Pay Range: $26 - $32. This role is commission-eligible, with a starting commission rate of 2% on individual sales and the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on collective store performance. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.

- Build meaningful client relationships through thoughtful discovery, attentive listening, and genuine connection.
- Coach the team on clienteling, outreach, appointment setting, follow-up, and CRM engagement.
- Support private appointments, special occasions, events, and other elevated selling experiences.
- Handle high-touch client interactions with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Develop the Team
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members through consistent feedback, recognition, and hands-on leadership.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Coach the team on product knowledge, client discovery, storytelling, relationship building, and selling.
- Partner with the General Manager on performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
Champion the Brand
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand's collections, craftsmanship, materials, aesthetic, and product differentiators.
- Ensure the team can confidently educate clients and communicate the brand story and product value.
- Represent the brand within the local community through partnerships, events, and client activations.
Execute with Excellence
- Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory, merchandising, scheduling, shipment processing, opening/closing procedures, and compliance.
