Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Marketing Ops Manager to own field programs across APAC and EMEA, including customer events, industry conferences, and partner programs, and build the operations and reporting behind them. Working closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams, you will manage programs from planning and budget all the way through execution, lead follow-up, and marketing analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive APAC and EMEA field marketing, aligning program priorities, targets, budgets, and success metrics with regional sales teams.

• Plan and deliver conferences, customer dinners, technical workshops, roadshows, and partner events, managing timelines, vendors, logistics, and execution.

• Coordinate local-language marketing materials and regional campaigns to support relevant, consistent customer engagement.

• Manage marketing operations, including event setup, lead capture, follow-up, tracking budgets and invoices, maintaining accurate spending forecasts and records.

• Own marketing analytics and performance reporting, turning campaign, digital, and CRM data into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and pipeline growth.

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking target-account engagement, qualified leads, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and marketing ROI.

• Analyze performance across website, email, paid media, social media, and events to identify the channels, audiences, and programs that generate qualified opportunities.

• Support Taiwan and regional business operations as needed, including executive visit logistics, travel coordination, customer meeting arrangements, local vendors, and other administrative support related to regional business activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event management, and marketing operations, with ownership of regional programs and budgets.

• Working knowledge of semiconductor design and verification technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear event campaign copy, customer communications, and marketing content.

• Hands-on proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics and / or AI tools for campaign analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills, including experience building dashboards, evaluating funnel conversion and campaign ROI, and translating findings into recommendations for targeting, spending, and program improvements.

• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage overlapping deadlines.

• Ability to travel for regional events and coordinate across APAC, EMEA, and U.S. time zones.

• Prior marketing experience in semiconductors is preferred; familiarity with chip design tools is a plus.
