ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love. This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products - not just the final words on the screen. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures - you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader. - Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research - you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle. - Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects - not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made. - Make the team faster and better, not just yourself.
