  • 토스뱅크 KYC & FATCA CRS Team은 고객의 신원을 확인하고 국가 간 금융정보의 투명한 교환을 관리하며, 고객과 금융 시스템이 신뢰 위에서 작동할 수 있도록 거래의 투명성을 지켜내는 팀이에요.

  • 고객 KYC 정보를 확인하고, 이상 여부를 검토해요.
  • 앱을 통한 정보 제출이 어려운 고객의 수기 서류를 검토하고 시스템에 직접 입력·이행해요.
  • 법인 고객의 KYC 재이행이 필요한 경우, 담당자에게 제출 기한과 방법을 안내하고 유선으로 대응해요.
  • 토스뱅크 서비스 확대에 따라, 고객확인 운영 업무는 지금보다 다양해질 수 있어요.

  • 은행 등 금융기관에서 최소 1년 이상의 업무 경험이 있는 분이 필요해요.
  • 개인 및 법인 KYC 검토 기준을 이해하고 수행해본 경험이 있는 분이 필요해요.
