Tacto is the category leader for procurement in DACH manufacturing. We have strong product-market fit, a proven playbook, and now we're taking it into the rest of Europe.

The Nordics are one of our first markets. Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland hold some of Europe's most sophisticated industrial manufacturers, and the category is still wide open there. That's where you come in. You take the region and build it from the ground up. You research the market, find what resonates, and win the first customers and reference logos that everything else builds on. What you learn becomes the blueprint for how Tacto grows the Nordics from there. A real greenfield, with the freedom to shape how Tacto wins in your market.

You're not starting alone. A stellar expansion team is your sparring partner, and proven sales assets and a tested approach from DACH are your foundation. This is a highly strategic GTM role where you work hands-on to close the first deals and set the base for everything that comes afterwards. You're based with us in Munich and travel into your market.

Your Tasks

• Open up the Nordics end to end: sharpen the ICP for Nordic manufacturing, define target accounts, win the first deals and lay the foundation for the region's growth

• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, potential analysis on real ERP data, ROI business case, closing

• Work hand in hand with the expansion team and develop the outbound playbook for your market: messaging, sequences, segments, channels

• Coordinate the marketing activities in your market so they generate pipeline

• Feed structured insight back to Product, Marketing and Leadership, and shape how Tacto expands internationally

Your Profile

• Several years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex or technical products and multi-stakeholder buying processes

• An entrepreneurial mindset above all: you want to build and own a market result, explore what works, and figure out the motion when the local one doesn't exist yet

• Hands-on and self-driven: you go to market proactively and drive your own pipeline. You've carried a number before and know what it takes to hit it without a machine behind you

• You grasp complex products and sell value over features, translating technical depth into business impact

• Fluent, business-level English. Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish is a strong plus. We hire for mindset and ability, not origin or native language

• You're based in Munich or ready to relocate. This is an on-site role - you build the Nordics from our Munich office and travel into the market

Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate.
