Mission & Key Challenges: The primary mission of this role is to lead the Engineering Payments team in Brazil, accelerate execution, and establish strong authority and credibility on payments-related topics. What You'll Do: As the Engineering Manager for Payments, you will play a critical role in driving the execution and evolution of our payments ecosystem in Brazil. You will lead a team of engineers while partnering closely with Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-critical payment solutions. Key responsibilities include: Driving efficient execution and delivery across the Payments domain, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, predictability, and impact. Acting as the primary payments subject matter expert and trusted advisor for internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance and strategic input on payment-related initiatives. Strengthening collaboration between Engineering and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency, payment processes, reconciliation, and business outcomes. Supporting the evolution of our payments strategy, architecture, and systems to enable future growth and scalability in Brazil.
