What to Expect
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to own the logistics behind our robot and Skill Capture Glove materials. You will procure and keep track of hundreds of components: machined parts, molded parts, dozens of different cables with minor variation, etc.
You will ensure material quantities are up to date within our MES while maintaining a steady workflow for builds, repairs and R&D.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized and comfortable working closely with engineers. This is a full-time, on-site role in Redwood City. As Sunday grows, you will help design the processes and systems that let inventory scale with production.

What You'll Do

• Performing regular cycle counts of robot and glove parts and resolving discrepancies

• Receiving, inspecting, labeling and putting away incoming parts

• Organizing the stockroom and kitting parts for builds, repairs and R&D

• Helping build inventory systems, SOPs and reorder rules as Sunday scales

• Coordinate inter-departmental material release/exchange/reception
  

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, stockroom or materials handling, preferably with electromechanical hardware

• Strong attention to detail with small, similar-looking components

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; inventory or ERP system experience is a plus

• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lb
