You will have consistently delivered outstanding results while maintaining a long-term, user-first mindset. • The ideal candidate will bring strong regional sales leadership experience, including developing go-to-market strategies, launching new products, and scaling technology sales teams. They will be an excellent communicator with a deep understanding of the commercial and cultural dynamics of Iberia and Italy.
  • You will represent Stripe across the broader Southern European ecosystem, building relationships with entrepreneurs, enterprises, financial institutions, fintechs, government agencies, and other key stakeholders. You will participate in industry events and continue to strengthen Stripe’s position as a thought leader throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead Stripe’s sales organisation across Iberia and Italy.
  • Help shape the long-term vision and strategy for Southern Europe, with a clear focus on performance against the key sales metrics that drive sustainable regional growth.

  • Drive user adoption, ensuring that users go live and ramp quickly, achieve their business objectives, and realise the full value of Stripe’s platform.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives at users and partners across the region, acting as a strategic adviser while strengthening Stripe’s community in Southern Europe.
  • Lead with clarity and context, sharing insights and user feedback across the organisation and making a significant contribution to shaping Stripe’s product roadmaps.
  • Develop market-specific strategies that reflect the distinct opportunities, competitive environments, and user needs of Iberia and Italy.
  • Represent Stripe externally and raise its profile across the Southern European technology, financial services, and business communities.
