We are looking for a strategic-minded, execution-oriented Artists & Label Partnerships Manager for France, to join Spotify’s Music team based in Paris. In this role, you will sit at the heart of the music ecosystem, moving between high-level release strategies and the day-to-day tactical execution that drives artist and business growth. This role is perfect for a music industry professional who thrives on building relationships and navigating the intersection of technology and creativity.

What You'll do
- Focusing on the French music landscape, you will be the primary point of contact for local music partners based in France, ensuring that Spotify remains the most valued partner for artists and our industry partners, utilising on-platform promotion and off-platform initiatives to ensure Spotify is the premiere platform for artist development
- Support and educate our key partners across artists and labels communities in France on Spotify tools, resources and insights to encourage them and improve their daily business
- You will contribute your expertise to various music-related projects within the company, executing on creative and cross-functional collaborations in the region and beyond, building impactful and innovative artist partnerships to enable artists and artist-fan engagement
- You will proactively identify music trends, emerging talent and opportunities in the local and global music landscape, providing deep cultural and musical insights with the local FR team to execute pivotal initiatives, multi-market campaigns and other key internal partners & teams including editorial, consumer marketing, communications, strategy & operations…
- Lead artists & label partnerships representation in high-impact cross-functional projects and strategic bets
- Ensure Spotify has the best possible content offering in France and use this to further Spotify's appeal to existing and new users
- Connect other Spotify teams with the music industry to help drive and execute opportunities driven by Spotify and our partners. You will act as liaison between Spotify and artist / label partners.
Who You Are
- You have significant experience with label and artist relations in an established digital music service, record label, media or tech company.
- You have a deep understanding and established network within the local music industry in France and have built relevant contacts with labels and artists to effectively collaborate with the community
- You will demonstrate a team player spirit, a passion for performance-oriented analytics, and a solid understanding of Spotify's role in the music industry both locally and globally
- You are skilled at leveraging data and audience insights to support strategic decisions and build clear narratives
- You are culturally aware, with the ability to critically evaluate music trends, emerging movements and audience behaviour beyond just data
- You have excellent negotiating, presentation and people skills. You are able to prepare and deliver executive level presentations, effectively advocate for the market and secure stakeholder buy-in with ease
- You are well organised and detail-oriented with the ability to plan, deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
- You are at ease and have proven experience navigating fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment, comfortable navigating complex global-to-local organizational structures and aligning cross-functional teams around Music priorities
- You have strong project management skills with a consistent record in marketing and operations, and feel at ease with digital and AI tools
- You possess a perfect level of written and spoken English
- Finally, you're a great teammate and always have a positive and humble attitude.

- For this role, the preferred locations is Paris.
