About the Role

ShopMy is growing in Australia, and we're building the team on the ground. As Senior Associate, Strategic Business Development & Partnerships - Australia, you'll work directly with our Australia lead to bring ShopMy to the region's top brands and creators. You'll own the day-to-day work behind our growth, from brand events and activations to creator outreach and partnership coordination, so we can scale faster across the market.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take real work off a busy leader's plate without needing much guidance. You're highly organized, obsessed with details, and comfortable representing ShopMy in the room with brands and creators.

What You’ll Do

• Events & Activations: Plan and run ShopMy's events in Australia from start to finish, including brand partner events, sponsored activations, and our own events like supper clubs and creator dinners. You'll own vendors, guest lists, RSVPs, invitations, run-of-show and on-site logistics.
• Creator Outreach: Find and reach out to creators. Handle the back-and-forth of setting up meetings, coffees and demos, and keep creator relationships moving.
• Brand Partnership Support: Join brand meetings, lunches and dinners with our Australia lead. Prepare briefing materials, capture follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Pipeline & Follow-Through: Track brand and creator conversations, keep records organized, and keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Research & Insights: Map the Australian brand and creator landscape: who to prioritize, what's happening in the market, and where ShopMy can win.
• Operations & Admin: Manage the day-to-day, including scheduling, travel, internal updates and recaps. Build simple systems that help a small team scale.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with ShopMy's New York teams across time zones to keep Australia's priorities aligned with the wider business.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in fashion, beauty, PR, brand-side or agency roles, events, or a high-growth tech company.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. When you own something, it gets done.
• Experience planning or supporting events, activations or client-facing programs.
• Strong understanding of the Australian fashion, beauty and creator landscape. Existing industry relationships are a plus.
• A polished, warm communicator who is comfortable representing ShopMy in person with brands and creators.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and moves work forward independently with little direction.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace. Open to occasional evening events, travel within Australia, and calls with our New York team.
• Curious about where creators, brands and commerce meet.

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission, and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
