About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for design and a passion for creating user-centered products. You will lead design projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specifications to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Ensure designs align with the overall product vision, user needs, and business goals.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented design culture.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliverables.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of our design system and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Must have exceptional visual design skills, strong product thinking, solid prototyping skills and spike high in interaction design.
7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
