And we partner with frontier labs to deliver the training data they need to advance the capabilities that drive the most value back to our customers.

Behind all of it is a global network of millions of Roboflow developers who have annotated billions of images and videos to date, as well as a proven enterprise business that is exploding as AI traverses the physical economy.

What You'll Do

As Growth Lead at Roboflow Labs, you'll own the supply side of the business: the network of expert contributors who collect, annotate, verify, and evaluate the data frontier models are trained on. The network is seeded from Roboflow's existing community of millions of developers, which is a head start no other human-data company has, and it will grow into a contributor brand of its own with its own landing page, job board, onboarding, and payouts.

• Own the contributor funnel end to end: awareness, application, screening, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.

• Build acquisition channels: convert Roboflow's registered developers into contributors, run paid and organic campaigns, build referral loops, and partner with universities, professional communities, and specialist job boards.

• Stand up expert cohorts on demand: when Labs commits to a delivery for a frontier lab, recruit that cohort against the deadline and make the next one faster

• Set and benchmark compensation: maintain a live view of what competing platforms pay by role and domain, and recommend rates and incentives that win the contributors we want at a cost that supports Labs' margin goals.

• Protect the network: screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and contributor experience so that quality and trust scale with volume

Who You Are

You are a scrappy, numbers-first growth operator who has grown the supply side of a marketplace before and wants to do it again. You have high agency and a bias toward action.

• 4 - 8 years in growth, marketplace supply, community, or talent acquisition roles where you owned a number and the funnel behind it

• Direct experience growing a distributed workforce: contributor, driver, host, freelancer, tutor, or annotator networks; experience at a human-data or AI training-data company is a strong plus

• Real curiosity about how frontier models are trained and why expert human data matters; you'll need to speak fluently with the people who do it

• Nice to have: familiarity with computer vision, robotics, or developer communities, or having been a contributor on a data platform yourself.

Where You'll Work

Roboflow is a fully distributed company with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Singapore, and Brazil. Roboflow Labs works in person in San Francisco. We host full company retreats twice per year.

What You'll Receive

The target compensation for this role is $150,000 - $300,000 base salary commensurate with experience as well as equity in the company. Total cash comp is expected to scale significantly with growth of Roboflow Labs.
