In 2025 alone, we ranked top 5 among medium workplaces in Health Care and New York, and top 50 nationwide.

- Assess the legal and regulatory risk associated with proposed claims and recommend appropriate revisions, qualifications, or additional substantiation.

- Strong knowledge of FTC advertising substantiation standards, including express and implied claims, competent and reliable scientific evidence, comparative advertising, misleading net impression, influencer advertising, and pricing laws.
- Familiarity with FTC enforcement actions, Lanham Act challenges, consumer false advertising litigation, and NAD proceedings.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate legal advice into practical solutions.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
