  • Generate and synthesize scientific, clinical, and healthcare ecosystem insights from external engagements, translating them into actionable recommendations that inform Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, evidence generation, and commercial strategy.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Research, Medical Communications, HEOR, Market Access, Commercial, and Field Medical teams to align external engagement strategies with enterprise priorities.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Demonstrated success developing and leading external scientific engagement strategies with professional medical societies, research foundations, academic organizations, and oncology networks.

  • Deep understanding of the oncology landscape, including scientific exchange, evidence generation, clinical research, and evolving standards of care.

  • Experience translating external scientific and healthcare ecosystem insights into strategic recommendations that influence portfolio, evidence generation, and commercialization decisions.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), society leadership, investigators, and external stakeholders across academic and community oncology settings.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Research, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR, and Medical Communications.

  • Experience representing an organization at major scientific congresses, advisory activities, and professional society meetings.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

  • Strong understanding of applicable healthcare compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements governing scientific exchange and external engagement.
