Senior Brand Designer | Growth
Ramp · San Francisco, CA
About this role
ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year - far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our high-performing Growth Creative team. This role is ideal for a hybrid thinker - someone who thrives at the intersection of creative experimentation and data-driven strategy. You’ll be responsible for building high-quality, high-performing assets across paid and owned channels that break through the noise, push our brand forward, and convert viewers into loyal customers. Please note that this Brand Designer role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person in our San Francisco office at least 2 days/week WHAT YOU'LL DO - Concept & Execute Rapidly: Develop smart, fast creative work - from concept to final execution - across digital ads, landing pages, and scalable multi-channel campaigns. - Design with Purpose: Combine brand fidelity with performance goals to design work that entertains, educates, and drives leads. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner directly with a single Growth Marketing stakeholder to push their initiatives further, faster.
