Project Manager Implementation

🎯 About the role

Are you a customer-focused Project Manager who thrives on solving complex operational puzzles and driving SaaS implementations across the finish line? At Quinyx, we are looking for a commercial, proactive, and resilient Project Manager to join our combined Implementation and Solution Architecture team in Stockholm. In this role, you will lead end-to-end SaaS projects for global brands, taking full ownership of project throughput, client engagement, governance, and resource alignment from day one.

📝 What you’ll do

• Manage a portfolio of 8 - 10 concurrent SaaS implementations, ranging from quick rollouts (<5 months) to complex, multi-country enterprise deployments (>1 year).

• Drive project delivery against key milestones, timelines, and budgets, maintaining high delivery quality and achieving billable targets.

• Partner closely on a daily basis with Solution Architects, technical consultants, and third-party partners to navigate resource constraints and optimize project flow.

• Establish and lead project governance, including Steering Committee forums, stakeholder updates, risk mitigation, and escalations.

• Advise enterprise customers on Change Management strategies to drive long-term software adoption and value realization.

• Support Sales during pre-sales phases with project quotes, plans, and technical scoping, while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to support ARR growth and minimize churn.

• Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to continuously refine project management practices, delivery speed, and execution quality.

✅ What we’re looking for

• End-to-End SaaS Delivery Experience: Experience managing complex, multi-country business software (SaaS) implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.

• Commercial & Utilization Focus: Proven track record of balancing project delivery excellence with commercial outcomes, billable efficiency, scope control, and upsell awareness.

• Governance & Advisory Capability: Strong background in leading Steering Committees, navigating client risk, managing scope changes, and advising on Change Management.

• High Autonomy & Proactivity: Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, takes full ownership, and drives results without step-by-step guidance.

• Collaborative Relationship Management: Superior interpersonal skills to build trust, navigate high resource utilization across cross-functional technical teams, and partner with client executives.

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal, is a strict requirement for this role.

• Direct experience within Workforce Management (WFM), HCM, or complex HR software environments.

• Background in management consulting or professional services delivery.

• Exposure to using AI-driven project management or workflow automation tools.
