We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Learning Tribe. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a broad, cross-functional scope. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business - driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution for some of the most critical areas of Preply. At Preply, being a Staff Engineer is about multiplying your impact beyond a single squad. You will operate at both a tribe and organizational level, helping define what problems matter, align teams around them, and drive solutions across the entire organization. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leadership to shape our technical direction and raise the bar for how we build and scale. As part of the Learning Tribe, you’ll help redefine language learning through AI. You will drive the development of personalized learning experiences, progress and feedback systems, and tutor tools that help millions of learners achieve their goals faster.
