About this role

About Pinterest:

Millions of people around the world come to our platform to find creative ideas, dream about new possibilities and plan for memories that will last a lifetime. At Pinterest, we’re on a mission to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love, and that starts with the people behind the product.

Discover a career where you ignite innovation for millions, transform passion into growth opportunities, celebrate each other’s unique experiences and embrace the flexibility to do your best work. Creating a career you love? It’s Possible.

At Pinterest, AI isn't just a feature, it's a powerful partner that augments our creativity and amplifies our impact, and we’re looking for candidates who are excited to be a part of that. To get a complete picture of your experience and abilities, we’ll explore your foundational skills and how you collaborate with AI.

Through our interview process, what matters most is that you can always explain your approach, showing us not just what you know, but how you think. You can read more about our AI interview philosophy and how we use AI in our recruiting process here.

Pinterest is looking for a Content Enablement Intern to build foundational knowledge of our platform, products, and content supplier audience through structured learning and hands-on project work. You’ll help create enablement resources, support learning activities, and turn product and audience information into clear, useful content.

What you’ll do:

  • Complete structured learning and apply platform, product and audience knowledge to create and maintain assigned enablement materials.
  • Create, update and organize presentations, templates, training materials and online content with team guidance and review.
  • Support training and enablement programs by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, capturing participant feedback and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Turn reviewed product updates, audience insights and internal documentation into clear, practical materials for defined internal audiences, incorporating team feedback before publication.
  • Organize project information, track follow-up items and incorporate feedback into materials and participant experiences.
  • Use AI to support drafting, synthesis and organization in accordance with team guidance, while verifying accuracy, quality and appropriate data handling.

What we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in majors such as Communications, English, Marketing, Instructional Design or Journalism or related field.
  • Clear, audience-aware writing skills and the ability to create organized, easy to understand materials.
  • Demonstrated skill in learning product and audience information and translating it into educational materials that support product understanding.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines, track follow-up items and deliver materials on schedule.
  • Effective communication skills to work with teammates and internal stakeholders, incorporate feedback and revise materials accordingly.
  • Experience using AI to improve the speed and quality of day-to-day work, critically evaluate AI-assisted outputs and protect sensitive information.
  • Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of assigned enablement materials.

In-Office Requirement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • For this role, all interns will work in a hybrid model (commutable distance to one of our offices, with in-person collaboration approximately 1 - 3 times per week). Specific location(s) will be confirmed during the interview and offer process.

Relocation Statement:

  • This position may be eligible for relocation assistance. Visit our PinFlex page to learn more about our working model.
  • Information regarding the culture at Pinterest and benefits available for this position can be found here.

We offer 2 internship start dates:
