Description
ABOUT PEOPLEONE HEALTH:
PeopleOne Health is one of the fastest-growing providers of value-based primary care, consistently earning best-in-class member satisfaction scores. We deliver exceptional healthcare that lowers costs and significantly improves health outcomes by emphasizing preventive care, behavior change, and a proactive approach to wellness through our unique direct primary care model. Our culture thrives on a simple yet powerful motto: care for yourself, care for each other, and care for our members
JOB SUMMARY:
PeopleOne Health is seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician with training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to join our team to join our team supporting the Center for Employee Health serving the School District of Osceola County (SDOC). This physician will provide comprehensive, relationship-centered care to district employees and their covered dependents within an employer-sponsored health center model. We are looking for a dynamic physician who is passionate about delivering full-spectrum primary care across the lifespan and dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships with patients. The ideal candidate shares our commitment to helping individuals make informed health decisions by connecting them with resources that support healthier lifestyles and improved outcomes.
At PeopleOne Health, physicians are empowered to practice at the top of their licensure. This includes performing common in-office procedures such as joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, laceration repair, incision and drainage, and women's health procedures such as Pap Smears - ensuring comprehensive, accessible care within the primary care setting.
Our care model removes many of the day-to-day constraints, allowing you to focus on what matters most - your patients. With smaller patient panels, longer appointment times, and significantly fewer administrative burdens, you’ll have the time and support needed to practice medicine the way it was meant to be.
The perfect candidate is a motivated, self-directed clinician who takes pride in educating, healing, and advocating for their patients. At PeopleOne Health, we are focused on members, not numbers. Our patients benefit from extended visits, coordinated care, and access to services such as mental health screenings and specialist consultations through eConsult platform - all delivered from within the health center and with the support of their trusted physician. If you are seeking a more personalized, relationship-centered way to practice medicine, we invite you to explore this opportunity to be part of something truly transformative.
