The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our agile core team. You will be responsible for scoping and delivering programs across engineering, security, compliance, and customer initiatives. This is an entrepreneurial environment where you will thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities to drive projects from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery: Scope and deliver complex programs spanning multiple domains including engineering, security, and compliance.
  • Operational Frameworks: Build and maintain frameworks to plan, track, and report on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with individual contributors, managers, and the founding team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Drive projects through completion, including documentation, marketing, analytics, and feature delivery.
  • Technical Impact: Leverage your technical background to understand how decisions affect our highly technical customer base.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify, prioritize, and initiate new programs that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven track record in Technical Program Management.
  • Prior software engineering experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with backend services delivery.
  • Experience managing large scale, cross functional projects from development to customer launch.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Background in Cloud services.
  • Background in Developer products.
  • Background in software development.

Comp: ~$150K - $180K base + equity
