About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations to help scale Motive’s go-to-market organization. You will lead a team and partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, forecasting, productivity, growth, retention, and operating efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn complex problems into clear decisions and scalable processes.

This is a Lahore-based hybrid role aligned with U.S. Eastern Time hours, with 3 - 4 days of in-office presence required each week.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals.
• Own key operating processes, including forecasting, business reviews, KPI reporting, pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis.
• Translate business priorities into practical workflows, metrics, and execution plans.
• Lead complex analyses and cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, documentation, and process scalability.
• Identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and drive actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data, and other teams to align priorities and improve business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data and processes to business outcomes.
• Experience building or improving reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL, Google Sheets, BI tools, or workflow automation platforms is preferred.
