About the Role

Hi, I'm Radina, Director of Design at LucidLink. We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer with deep expertise in brand and campaign design to shape how LucidLink shows up across campaigns, advertising, events, and print. In this role, you'll own creative from brief to delivery, turning marketing and business goals into clear concepts and assets. You'll partner with Marketing, external vendors, and other stakeholders to create work that drives real outcomes.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the strategy, vision, and craft of a category-defining brand, alongside a team of talented, humble, and customer-focused designers. Experience with AI-enabled craft is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

  • Develop campaign concepts from brief to launch, turning marketing and business goals into clear, engaging creative

  • Maintain and evolve our brand templates and visual systems

  • Create assets for digital ads, social media, print, and events

  • Partner with Marketing to plan, prioritize, and ship work

  • Use campaign results to identify opportunities and validate improvements

  • Manage event design vendors and review their work against LucidLink's brand standards

What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level experience in brand or campaign design, with a strong portfolio and command of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience designing event materials, booths, signage, and print, and managing vendors or agencies

  • Strong Figma skills, with broader Adobe Creative Suite experience

  • Strong systems thinking and ability to distill complex ideas into clear visuals

  • Data-informed mindset, comfortable using qualitative and quantitative signals

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Nice to have: AI-enabled craft and a solid grasp of marketing and how it connects with design

You'll Thrive Here If You Are…

  • Proactive and curious, always looking beyond the obvious solution

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve

  • Detail-oriented but flexible: you know when to go deep and when to keep momentum

  • A low-ego team player who shares work early and improves it through feedback

  • Reliable and independent within a shared marketing direction

  • Energized by complexity and able to bring clarity to ambiguity

Show Us Your Craft

  • Please share a portfolio with campaign, advertising, event, and print projects that show clear outcomes from real work

  • Selected candidates will be invited to present their thinking through a hypothetical design challenge

Here's What You Can Expect When You Apply

  1. Initial Interview You'll meet someone from Talent to learn about LucidLink, the design team, and the role.

  2. Design Interview You'll meet our creative design leader to talk more about your design experience.

  3. Hiring Manager Interview You'll meet Radina, Director of Design, to discuss your ways of working and expectations.

  4. Homework Assignment You'll receive a short brief that will allow you to present your design skills.

  5. Review Session Based on your homework, we may invite you to a review session to discuss your design decisions, your approach, and the thinking behind your work.
