What We're Looking For

We are looking for Product Marketers obsessed with customers and AI to drive our products to market and curate the customer AI journey on Lightning. This senior individual contributor role will lead product marketing initiatives from narrative and positioning to launches, sales activation, customer storytelling, market insights, and competitive intelligence. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Drive positioning, messaging, and end-to-end marketing strategy for Lightning AI products, and develop marketing content, including pitch decks, collateral, blog posts, webinars, and sales tools and more to communicate our value proposition.
• Be a go-to market positioning authority grounded in data based evidence to the product team, campaign marketing, analyst relations, events, and sales teams,
• Partner with Product Management to translate early-stage technical capabilities into compelling market narratives and help shape product evolution based on customer insights and market intelligence.
• Own and drive product launches with positioning guidance for cross functional execution that create market moments.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop content and tools that activate sales and customer facing teams including high-impact collateral, pitch decks, battlecards, product demos, and training to accelerate deal velocity.
• Be a customer champion. Develop an understanding of pain points, needs, and outcomes for positioning insights. Craft compelling case studies and testimonials.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Events teams to activate product and solution positioning and messaging through digital and offline channels to drive awareness and demand.
• Represent Lightning AI at key industry events, webinars, briefings, and partner functions to elevate brand awareness and authority in AI.

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of Technical Product Marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, Infrastructure, or Developer Tools with a proven record of creating differentiated positioning and driving measurable business impact.
• Strong technical grounding and deep familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem, developer workflows, machine learning frameworks, and GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with executional excellence: you can shape a vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen. Ability to synthesize complex market inputs, user feedback, and business metrics to make data-driven decisions and prioritize resources effectively.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for creating market-defining stories that inspire and sell.
• Proven history of planning and launching multi-product portfolios, leading to measurable pipeline growth and customer adoption.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Marketing leaders, building deep and durable relationships that align strategies and outcomes.
• A testing mindset and the operating discipline to turn learnings into repeatable programs, systems, and investment decisions.
• Exceptional written, oral, and visual communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for technical and business audiences. Experienced public speaker.

We are committed to offering competitive compensation that reflects the value each team member brings to our mission. Final offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, geographic location, and role expectations. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package for eligible roles includes a discretionary bonus, a meaningful equity component, and comprehensive benefits.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is:$170,000-$190,000 USD
