About this role
About Liberate
Liberate builds insurance-native AI agents that handle customer interactions end-to-end across voice, SMS, email, and digital - then complete the downstream work inside core systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Applied Epic, and Salesforce. We are the System of Action for Insurance: our agents don't just talk, they execute and resolve. In a market full of AI demos, our moat is production depth - real regulated conversations, real workflows, and the governance and trust layer that carriers and agencies require.

This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who takes pride in the details and genuinely enjoys creating a great workplace experience.

- Coordinate office vendors and service providers, such as deliveries, building management, cleaning crews, and maintenance technicians.
- Assist with other administrative support as needed.
- Support onboarding by preparing workspaces, distributing equipment, and ensuring new hires have necessary office supplies.
- Help plan and execute company events, team lunches, celebrations, and other in-office activities.

- Must live a commutable distance to our Boston office at 711 Atlantic Ave, Floor 6, Boston, MA
- Friendly, welcoming demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple small tasks at once and take initiative without close supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of the office environment
- Immediate Start Date
