Role Roadmap

Kalshi is looking for a relentless, execution-first Perpetuals Growth hire focused on securing key partnerships, developing educational curriculum, and growing community for our perpetuals futures product.

Perpetual futures have become one of the largest financial products in the world, with more than $90T in cumulative trading volume. For years, they've been available exclusively offshore. Kalshi has brought a regulated perpetuals futures product to the US, making perpetuals available through a regulated U.S. exchange for the first time. This is a massive opportunity and we are seizing it.

You'll own the growth engine for one of the most important product launches in financial markets. You'll identify and partner with the most influential voices in crypto and trading, create educational content that helps users understand perpetuals, and build a passionate community around the product. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines partnerships, content, education, and community-building into a single growth function.

What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and manage partnerships with top crypto, trading, and finance creators across X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and other emerging platforms

• Build and execute creator campaigns that drive awareness, education, and product adoption

• Develop educational resources including guides, videos, tutorials, explainers, and social content that make perpetuals accessible to new users

• Grow and engage the perpetuals community through Discord, X Spaces, Telegram, livestreams, AMAs, and other community initiatives

• Identify high-leverage distribution channels, communities, and partnership opportunities within crypto and trading ecosystems

• Build repeatable systems for creator management, content distribution, community engagement, and performance tracking

• Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to launch campaigns, gather user feedback, and improve activation

• Stay on top of crypto culture, market narratives, and emerging trends to keep Kalshi at the center of the conversation

What You Bring

• 2 - 5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, creator marketing, community, or business development

• Deep familiarity with perpetual futures, crypto markets, or active trading communities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial products simply

• Proven ability to build partnerships and execute campaigns from idea through launch

• Strong ownership mentality and bias toward execution - you move quickly and solve problems independently

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Passion for internet culture, social media, and building communities that people genuinely want to participate in

Bonus

• Existing relationships with crypto creators, educators, trading communities, or exchanges

• Experience creating educational content or running community programs

• Background in trading, market making, or derivatives

• Experience at a high-growth startup or consumer fintech company

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure

Salary Range: $110,000 to $180,000 annually plus equity and benefits.

This salary range is based on current available market data and represents the expected range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles but broad ranges of experience represented within roles. If your compensation expectations exceed these bands, we'd still love to hear from you and welcome the opportunity to discuss them.
